The Barn and The Cottage 2026-7
We try very hard to ensure that your holiday break away is a good one and that you feel comfortable and happy in our properties.
The Barn 2026-7 Sleeping max 12
Five bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room. The two ground floor bedrooms (king and twin) have wet rooms and easy access to lounge/ dining/kitchen areas (no stairs). Doors are wide enough for wheel chair access. We also have a shower chair and raised toilet seat if required.
Full weeks and short breaks are available.
Prices
Week (7 nights) from £1500 - £2100
Short breaks (2, 3 or 4 nights) from £1000 - £1600. Extra night from £200.

A damages bond of £150 is payable with all Barn bookings. This is returned once cleaning is complete if all has been left tidy and in good order.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs (max 2/3) are welcome in both The Barn and The Cottage without charge. Both The Barn patio and The Cottage are enclosed by fencing but we do ask that dogs are kept under close supervision beyond that due to our animals being in the fields close by.

The Cottage prices are considerably reduced if taken with The Barn.
Dogs

Fun on the Farm!
It's not just the adults who can relax and enjoy themselves on a holiday here at Brook House Farm. Children love it too with space to run around and make friends with some of our animals. We really are family friendly - and have even been known to accommodate the occasional 'hen party'!
